How to Buy

Step 1 - Choose a Kaspersky product:

  1. Choose a Kaspersky product that you would like to purchase. Next select the number of licenses that you need and indicate how many years you want the licenses to run for.
  2. Click the 'Buy Now' button. You will be redirected to your Shopping Cart. You place your order from here.

Step 2 - Placing your order:

  1. Select the quantity of products that you would like to purchase and then click the ‘Update’ icon.
  2. Add the 'Extended Download Service' if desired. To get more information regarding this service, click the 'Details' link to the right-hand side of the ‘Add’ button.
  3. The ‘BackUp CD’ service is added to your shopping cart by default. To get more information regarding the ‘BackUp CD’, click on the CD icon.

Step 3 - Customer information:

  1. To complete your secure online order, enter your billing information as shown in the example below. The billing information should be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. The email address you provide will be where we send your product license. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

  2. If you leave the 'BackUp CD' in your Shopping Cart and your shipping address is different to your billing address, please click the 'My shipping address is different to my billing address' check box. A new customer shipping information form will appear:

  3. Choose the 'Stay Connected with Kaspersky' check box if you would like to be informed about product updates, upgrades, special offers and pricing via email.

  4. Click the 'Continue' button, when the Customer Information form is completed.

Step 4 - Verify Order:

  1. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Credit Card
    • Cheque
    • Wire Transfer

    If you choose to pay by Credit Card, you can complete your order immediately.

    If you choose to pay by Cheque or Wire Transfer, you will receive instructions on how to send your payment once you have submitted your order. These instructions will be sent to you in a separate email.

    Your order will be processed only after full payment is received.
  2. Please check the data you entered carefully. Make sure, your Billing Address is correct, otherwise your order will be delayed. If you would like to make changes, click the appropriate ‘Edit’ button. To complete your order click the ‘Submit’ button.

  3. The completed order page will appear:

  4. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided during the registration process. This email contains:
    • Order number
    • Total price
    • Ordered product(s) with an activation code(s)
    • Product installation and activation instructions
    • Customer Service details

    If you still need help, please visit the Customer Care Center

    In the event that you have purchased the wrong product, please do the following:

    1. Purchase the correct product
    2. Contact the Customer Care Center and request a full refund on the incorrect order. Refunds take 2-3 business days to process.
