Kaspersky – one of the leading global cybersecurity company – has partnered with Data Security Council of India (DSCI) - a not-for-profit, industry body on cyber security and data protection in India - for a 3-day certification program that will provide key insights to B2B customers, security engineers, cybersecurity experts, and consultants. The sessions have been scheduled on Jan 21, Jan 28, and Feb 7, and will be conducted by Kaspersky Academy Trainers from their headquarters along with the DSCI faculty. DCSSE is a program designed for experienced security professionals which will impart knowledge on managing cyber security risks, architecting defence against vulnerabilities, attacks, and incident response; expected to be attended by 100 to 150 participants in each session.

The growing number of cyberthreats and security incidents in India, calls for a discussion around identifying the various evolving threats, the perils related to them and ways to mitigate the risks as much as possible. Cybersecurity enthusiasts and experts coming together and exchanging industry insights is the need of the hour and imperative to increase the cybersecurity awareness and maturity within the country and its businesses.
