Chris is responsible for the control of the company’s corporate and sales strategy execution, including sales framework development and implementation, sales pipeline planning and performance. A key component of Connell’s role is to ensure that all segments of Kaspersky’s businesses – SMB, Enterprise and Tangible – align with the business’ global sales strategy.
Connell joined Kaspersky as UK and Ireland General Manager in March 2019 and his role quickly expanded to cover the Nordic and Benelux regions, then promoted to oversee operations across the wider European market and also took on the role of Deputy VP, Global Sales. His fresh perspective on Kaspersky’s business has helped the company identify many new opportunities for development, and in January 2021 he assumed responsibility for Sales & Marketing in APAC as Managing Director alongside his deputy role.
With a positive business growth under his leadership, Chris was promoted once again in September 2021 to his current role, the Vice President of Global Sales.
Connell has more than 20 years' professional experience in sales and commercial leadership in various companies across many sectors, including Solution Selling, Consumer, B2B and Channel Sales. Prior to joining Kaspersky, Connell spent his career at companies such as Ingram Micro Europe and Australia, Tech Data and VIP Computers, working alongside brands such as Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Intel, IBM & Apple.

Dipesh Kaura recently joined Kaspersky as the General Manager for the South Asia region to focus on expanding businesses in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and the Maldives.
Based in Mumbai, he has 20 years of experience in business development, large account management, client-relationship management, strategic planning for large enterprise and BFSI deals.
Prior to his appointment at Kaspersky, Dipesh held senior leadership roles in IT companies like Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) and Gartner Research in India.

Genie heads up Kaspersky’s Public Affairs in the APAC & META regions, where she is responsible for developing trusted relations with government and institutional stakeholders for the company, while integrating the business, communications and public policy strategies.
She frequently speaks on international platforms and is a thought leader in topics surrounding public policy, and the intersection of technology and policy. She holds a Juris Doctor in law, an honors degree in Accountancy, and a Specialist Diploma in Counselling Psychology. Called to the Singapore Bar, she is also Mediation Coach at the Singapore Mediation Centre, and a Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Institute. Having a rich and diverse career history, Genie started her journeys in accountancy and law in Big Four Firms. Early on, she was an award-winning entrepreneur, before spending a significant time in Public Service as a senior government official, having assumed several portfolios such as Special Aide to the Minister for Law and Singapore negotiator and delegate to the United Nations General Assembly.
Outside her professional portfolio, her passion for teaching, non-profit and charity work has led her to be an adjunct lecturer at universities and serve on various Boards and Committees of NonProfit Organizations and volunteer for pro bono legal causes

Jesmond Chang, the Head of Corporate Communications, for the APAC region has been involved in Public Relations and Marketing related jobs for more than 10 years building close rapport and understanding the needs of both media and the market.
Overseeing Kaspersky’s corporate communications strategy for APAC, he will be leading the company’s corporate communication initiatives throughout the region such as ideas, campaigns, CSR events, meeting company goals and carrying out global PR implementations throughout the region.
He joined Kaspersky in the year 2010 for the opportunity to develop his interest in internet security and sharing the importance of the security industry to the public with the experience that he has acquired over his career. Jesmond is a frequent and renowned speaker at several IT related events, both locally and internationally.
