Kaspersky x KidZania Campaign 2026 – Terms & Conditions

This Campaign is organized by Kaspersky Enterprise India Pvt Ltd(“Kaspersky”). By entering this Campaign, entrants acknowledge and consent to being bound by the terms & conditions set out herein. Failure to comply with the terms & conditions, including any specific instructions issued by Kaspersky in any form and at any time, shall result in the entrants’ immediate disqualification from this Campaign.

1. Campaign Period

This Campaign will end on 31 December 2026 (“Timeframe”). Any purchases made outside the specified Timeframe will not qualify for this Campaign. The Timeframe may be amended depending on the availability of Vouchers.

2. Eligibility

This Campaign is open only to customers located in India.

3. Rewards

If a customer in India purchases a Kaspersky Premium product, he/she will receive 1 KidZania Voucher.

Only one Voucher will be offered per purchase. The Vouchers are limited and subject to availability.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Campaign, an entrant must:

  1. Purchase the Kaspersky Premium product (the “Product”) during the Timeframe.
  2. The entrant will receive an email to their indicated email address enclosing both:
    • The Kaspersky activation code and instructions for the Product; and
    • The Voucher and the relevant Usage Guide.

No entry fee is required to participate in this Campaign, save for the purchase price of the Product.

5. General

  1. Kaspersky reserves the right to amend the Campaign entry methods and/or the Campaign Timeframe without notice for any reason.
  2. Kaspersky reserves the right to end the Campaign without notice for any reason.
  3. Kaspersky will exert its best efforts to inform eligible participants that the Campaign has ended if the Vouchers are exhausted, but Kaspersky shall not be liable to customers who have met entry conditions after the Vouchers were exhausted.
  4. Kaspersky shall not be held responsible in any way or put on formal notice to compensate (financially or otherwise) any entrant in the event of:
    • Non-receipt of the Voucher due to the entrant entering incorrect or invalid email address;
    • Inability and/or failure of the entrant to use the Voucher; or
    • Error in the content of the Voucher.
  5. Kaspersky will not be able to send a Voucher to the entrant if the latter provides incorrect information when participating online. Kaspersky, its sales representatives and/or distributors shall not be liable in such an event.
  6. As all Vouchers are subject to availability, Kaspersky reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the Vouchers or make amendments to, change or substitute the Vouchers conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion, without notice to the participant.
  7. Kaspersky is only a distributor of KidZania Vouchers and shall not be liable or responsible in any way for the use of the KidZania Vouchers or activities conducted on the KidZania premises. Kaspersky does not assume responsibility or liability for KidZania’s services or operations.
  8. Each participant consents to the information submitted with their entry being stored in a database and agrees to its use and ownership for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes by Kaspersky.
  9. This Campaign is subject to the laws of India.

The KidZania Voucher is subject to the following Terms & Conditions

  1. This voucher is valid for redemption at KidZania Delhi NCR and KidZania Mumbai only.
  2. The voucher can be redeemed online at KidZania booking link or at the KidZania ticket counter.
  3. How to Redeem:
      1. Select your city, pick a visit date
      2. Select your shifts – Full Day or Any 5 Hours
      3. Add your tickets - Minimum 1 Kid accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket if kids are below 8 years
      4. Apply the 13-digit promo code at the checkout to avail the discount the ₹500 discount

  4. The voucher is applicable only on Full Day Shift and 5 Hour Shift tickets.
  5. Multiple vouchers cannot be stacked for a single visit.
  6. The voucher cannot be combined with group bookings, birthday parties, special events, summer passes, annual passes, family combos, any 3 Hour Shift, B-KidZanian PaZZport, Frequent Flyer Programme, Paytm deals, or any other ongoing offers or promotions.
  7. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be resold or revalidated.
  8. Lost, stolen, or misused vouchers cannot be replaced.
  9. Children below 8 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Adult entry tickets must be purchased separately.
  10. Entry rights, activity access, safety protocols, and operational guidelines inside KidZania shall be governed by KidZania’s standard terms & conditions applicable at the time of visit.
  11. Outside food or beverages are strictly not permitted inside KidZania premises.
  12. Voucher validity, ticket availability, operating days, and hours are subject to KidZania’s discretion and capacity constraints.
  13. The voucher is for personal, non-commercial use only.
